Dude got to me within 10 minutes after hanging up my phone. In less than 5 minutes my car was open and all necessary paperwork was complete. He even answered my questions I had about his job. Josh was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He changed 6 locks with 2 different keys in under 90 minutes all while troubleshooting worn out internal mechanisms and even replacing some parts for us for free. I called to make an appointment to have a lock rekeyed. Josh called beforehand to let me know he was on his way and he showed up right on time -no waiting. He completed the job quickly, was very courteous and even took the time to give my dog attention! Josh arrived right when he said. He was a very kind man that got right down to business and took care of our problem in minutes. It was weirdly fast.
